Fees paid for course registrations, government schemes, or vacancies on absepp.org are non-refundable unless specified under certain exceptional conditions. Once a payment is successfully processed through our payment gateway, no refund requests will be entertained except under specific circumstances outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund will only be provided in the following cases:
Duplicate Payment: If a candidate accidentally makes multiple payments for the same registration or application, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Technical Errors: In case of a technical issue on the website or payment gateway, which results in a failed registration or application, a refund will be considered after investigation.
Service Unavailability: If a course or scheme is discontinued or unavailable after the payment has been made, we will provide a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
User Cancellation: If a candidate withdraws from the course, scheme, or vacancy after successfully registering, no refund will be issued.
Incorrect Information: If a registration or application is rejected due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the candidate, the fee will not be refunded.
Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted if the candidate changes their mind after making the payment.


4. Refund Process

Candidates eligible for a refund must submit a refund request through the official contact email [abseppindia@gmail.com] . The request should include the candidate’s name, registration ID, payment details, and reason for the refund. After verification, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and credited to the original payment method


5. Important Notes

Refunds are subject to verification and approval by the absepp.org team. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. absepp.org is not responsible for any delays caused by payment processors or banks. Any transaction fees or charges applied by payment gateways are non-refundable.
